1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jlj6 ("jlj6," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the jlj6 website located at jlj6.vip, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active jlj6 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. jlj6 employs identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any accumulated balances forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlj6 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your jlj6 password to any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals who represent themselves as jlj6 staff. jlj6 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

You agree to notify jlj6 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of the security of your credentials. jlj6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

All activity conducted through your jlj6 account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. jlj6 is entitled to assume that all activity through your account is conducted by you personally unless you have previously notified jlj6 of a security breach.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the jlj6 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jlj6 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select debit and credit cards. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your jlj6 account promptly following successful processing by the relevant payment provider. jlj6 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, telecommunications issues, or other factors outside jlj6's control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jlj6 may request supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirement and is not waivable. jlj6 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of verification.

jlj6 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment accounts held in the name of third parties. The payment account used for deposits must match the identity of the registered jlj6 account holder.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jlj6 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum cashout restrictions.

Players who jlj6 reasonably believes are exploiting bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, matched betting using jlj6 funds, systematic wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk, or coordinated group bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is made at the sole discretion of jlj6.

Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or carried over to a new account. jlj6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlj6 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jlj6 games or the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in jlj6 games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play in multiplayer games.
• Using the jlj6 platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Accessing jlj6 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, using a VPN or other technical means to circumvent geo-restriction.
• Registering using false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to defraud jlj6 or other players.

7. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

Each game available on the jlj6 platform is governed by its own set of game rules published within the game interface or the jlj6 help section. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that particular game.

All game outcomes on jlj6 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (for RNG-based games) or by physical gaming equipment captured on live video (for live casino games). jlj6 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, jlj6 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return all wagers placed on that round.

If you believe an error has occurred in connection with a game or a transaction on your account, you must notify jlj6 customer support as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. jlj6 will investigate the dispute and provide a written decision. jlj6's decision on game-related disputes is final and binding.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the jlj6 platform — including but not limited to software, website design, graphics, text, trademarks, game content, and logos — is the intellectual property of jlj6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlj6 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any jlj6 content without prior written authorisation from jlj6.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlj6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the jlj6 platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes, system downtime, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, or any other matter beyond jlj6's direct control.

jlj6's total liability to any player for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlj6's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jlj6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jlj6 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

11. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

jlj6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if jlj6 has reason to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• The player's account has been used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jlj6.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jlj6 will notify the affected player and complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player after deduction of any amounts owed to jlj6 and after satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlj6 customer support. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.
